Our Customer Service phone lines and Ellyson office are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
If you are in need of assistance outside of normal business hours, please call our Emergency After Hours phone line: (850) 476-5110.
When calling Customer Service the wait time to reach a Customer Service Representative may be shorter during off-peak times. Mondays, especially after holiday weekends, are extremely busy. If the nature of your call is not a pressing matter and can possibly be addressed later in the week, we recommend waiting a day or two for faster service.
Use the form below to contact us by email. Please include your service address and a daytime contact phone number.
*Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records. If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
