The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority (ECUA) is launching a new customer service app, with the public-facing name titled “MyECUA.”

The MyECUA app is powered by SeeClickFix, an online and mobile service request system that enables customers to easily report non-emergency issues directly to ECUA. With SeeClickFix, customers can submit service requests through the web on a desktop computer, laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. The platform makes it easy to notify ECUA about issues related to sanitation, water, sewer services, or other utility-related concerns.

SeeClickFix is a public application. Any description entered into a request will be visible to the public. A customer’s display name will also be visible unless the customer chooses to submit the request as Anonymous. If submitted as Anonymous, the customer’s email address will not be displayed publicly.

ECUA partnered with Recycle Coach to help customers stay informed about recycling and waste services. The platform has since been rebranded as ECUA Waste Wise and will remain available through June 30, 2027. ECUA Waste Wise (formerly Recycle Coach) is an online platform and mobile app that provides personalized information about recycling, trash, and yard waste services, including collection schedules, reminders, and tips for reducing contamination.

To better serve our customers, we’re now developing a more inclusive mobile app—MyECUA, that will make it easier than ever to manage your services. Soon, you’ll be able to effortlessly pay your bill, submit service requests, and instantly report missed collections, damaged or lost bins, water main breaks, or sewer overflows. You’ll also find recycling tips, important alerts, and quick access to ECUA resources—all in one convenient, easy-to-use app. In the meantime, with ECUA Waste Wise, you can:
